The location of the complex combines an unique mixture of 500m long and 40m. wide beach area, covered with fine golden sand, and the rich authentic vegetation of Strandja mountain. Huge part of the territory nearby the complex is a natural reserve.

The complex is designed in specific Medditerranean style and has at its disposal:

The holiday settlement consists of 5 quarters constructed over 55 decares. The total built-up area is 47 000 sq.m. Already built area quarters 1, 2, 3, 4 and the first section of quarter 5. The second and the third section of quarter 5 are under construction and will be completed in June 2009. The offered apartments are with area between 65 and 200 sq.m. All necessary parking places are provided. Because of the incline terrain on which is constructed the complex most of the apartments benefit from lovely sea view.

     The Hotel is set apart from the complex, because the access inside the residential part is permitted only for owners. A bell-boy is always available when you need someone to take care for your luggagå . Housekeeping services maintain the complex and the apartments even during the winter season. Dry-cleaning is also foreseed (clothes are delivered straight to the apartment of their owner).
